Up for sale is a 1977-Porsche-924 Championship-Edition
also known as a Martini-Edition or Martini and Rossi.This
1977-Porsche-924 is complete with a 4 cyl 2.0 liter engine
4 speed transmission with A/C option. Average Body condition
with good glass. The interior of this Championship-Edition 924
is missing the lower half of the rear seat along with the Dash and orange
red carpeting. The center console with Commemorative-Plaque is
also missing. This 1977-Porsche-924 does not have a Sunroof panel.
Under carriage is solid and the rear hatch is from a later model
Porsche-944 with a spoiler.

parts and has not ran for many years. Also included are the original
Alloy Wheels. The 4-Speed trans is complete.

cars. I did get a Clear Ohio Title with the car but because the car
was intended as a parts car it was never registered.

Car has had a rear bumper cover and hatch refinish, from a truck backing into it at 1mph while the Aston was parked, this work was also done at AM Dallas to 100+% factory standards.

I’m tired of arguing with my wife over this car, so I’m going to let it go. I really can’t afford to restore it to the level it deserves – maybe you can. This Camaro is currently registered in the State of Minnesota as a “Collector” Vehicle.

The Trim Tag describes this as an X33 Z/28 painted Garnet Red (with Black Z/28 Stripes), with a Black Vinyl Top, a Black Houndstooth Interior. The Camaro was assembled at the Norwood, Ohio Assembly Plant on August 19, 1969.

BODY. The Body is in really ROUGH shape plus it’s totally disassembled. It needs the complete Front Clip (except both Lower Fender Extensions, Inner Fender Well Braces, and Cowl Vent Panel), and Endura Bumper, Firewall, Inner Rocker Panels, Floor Pan, Doors, Trunk Floor, Quarters, Rear End Panel, Rear Inner Panel, and Trunk Gutter Strip. The winner gets a new Top Inner Cowl Panel, both Lower Cowl Panel Shoulder Assemblies, Outer Rocker Panels, original Roof section, original Inner Quarter Structures, original Dash Panel plus a Dash Repair Top Panel, Clutch and Brake Pedal Assembly, Inner Package Tray Assembly, Inner Rear Wheel Houses, Outer Rear Wheel Houses, Trunk Drop Offs, Small Trunk Floor Tail Panel Braces, GM Trunk Lid w/ GM Latch, GM Trunk Hinges, GM Trunk Lid Springs, GM Rear Spoiler w/ Repop Screws & GM Nuts, Back Glass, Door Glass, and maybe a windshield.

INTERIOR. The Interior consists of a pair of GM Bucket Seats, the GM Fold Down Rear Seat, GM Rear Door Panels, and a set of correct “second design” GM Kick Panels. All need restoration.

SUBFRAME. The disassembled GM Subframe is complete with the exception of Brake and Fuel Lines. The Subframe has the original Date Coded Calipers (227 [August 15, 1969] and 232 [August 20, 1969]), Date Coded Power Steering Box (225-9 [August 13, 1969]), Z/28 specific Pitman Arm (3953227), Spindles, Z/28 specific Steering Knuckles (3954879 and 3954880), Tie Rods, 4 Speed Transmission Crossmember, etc. The Subframe includes original GM Endura Bumper Brackets. The assembly needs minor clean up, painting, and assembly.

ENGINE. The Engine is disassembled and comes with Repop Valve Covers (w/ Oil Cap and Bolts), original GM Lift Brackets, Repop Spark Plug Wire Looms, GM Oil Pan w/ Bolts, original refurbished original Timing Cover (Dated 34 69 [34th Week of 1969]) w/ bolts.

- The GM 4 bolt main Block (w/ Main Caps and Cap Bolts) is Casting Number 3970010, Casting Date: C 13 1 (March 13, 1971), the VIN Pad is stamped: CEA142582 (This is a “Counter Exchange” Service Replacement Block). The Block is assembly ready at 0.030 over.

- New Melling “Z/28” Oil Pump w/ Pick Up, Pump Shaft, and Bolt.

- The original tufftrided forged-steel Crankshaft is a DZ 302 specific Casting Number 3941176 and is assembly ready at 0.020/0.020 under. New Bearings are included.

-  There are 6 Full floating “Pink” Connecting Rods that are Casting Number 3973386. There are 2 additional Rods that have been brought up to “Pink” standards. All 8 Rods have been resized and are assembly ready w/ ARP Bolts.

- The Domed Pistons are New TRW Speed Pro Power Forged Aluminum (TRW-L2210AF30) 0.030 over Pistons. The Pistons have been machined with Fire Slot Reliefs and have New Pins.

- The original DZ 302 “Camel Hump” Cylinder Heads are Casting Number 3927186 with Date Codes of H-20-69 and H-21-9 (August 20 and 21, 1969) with 2.02-inch intake and 1.60-inch exhaust valves (valves not included). An Original set of GM Head Bolts are included. These Heads have not yet been checked. These 63 cc combustion chamber heads will have an 11:1 compression ratio with the provided Pistons.

- Valve Train. The New .030-.030 Camshaft is a blueprinted GM/Crane Cams DZ 302 Part Number 3849346. The New Solid Lifters are ProComp Motor Sports Part Number PC2953, the GM “Blue” Pushrods are New Original Stock (NOS), the GM Rocker Arms are “Triangle” marked NOS Service Replacements for the original “O” arms. The New Valve Springs are Comp Cam’s Part Number 986-16.

-The refurbished original GM Flywheel is Part Number 3791021 and is Dated H119 (August 11, 1969).

- The refurbished GM Harmonic Balancer/Damper Part Number 3947708. Included is the Crankshaft Pulley Part Number 3956668.

- The refurbished Winters GM Service Replacement Intake Manifold is Part Number 3972116 and includes Intake Manifold Bolts.

- The refurbished original GM Distributor is Part Number 1111480 with Date Code 9H6 (August 6, 1969).

- The AIR (Smog) System is complete with an original GM Pump, Part Number 7805650 (Assembly Date 19191S [July 10, 1969]) and repop tubes, hoses, etc.

- The refurbished original GM Alternator is Part Number 1100837 and is Dated 9J12 (September 12, 1969. Correct Brackets and Pulley (1970831) are included.

- The refurbished original GM Water Pump is Part Number 3927170 and is Dated H 13 9 (August 13, 1969). Water Pump Bolts are included as is the Water Pump Pulley Part Number 3932456DV.

- The refurbished original GM Starter is Part Number 1108367 and is Dated 9 H 9 (August 9, 1969). Starter Bolts are included.

- The unnumbered 7 blade GM Fan w/ Fan Clutch Assembly and Bolts.

- A Repop Cowl Induction Air Filter Assembly.

TRANSMISSION. The M-20 Transmission consists of the Date Coded (P9M16A [August 16, 1969]) Main Case with Part Number 3925660 (there is no partial VIN on the Case, and the Bell Housing Part Number 3858403.

MISCELLANEOUS. I also have the original Delco Moraine 9204 Power Brake Booster (Date Coded 230 [August 18, 1969]) which also needs to be refurbished. Plus the Power Steering Brackets. I have an outstanding high quality Repop Federal Safety Certification Door Jamb Sticker specific to this Camaro.

I have several boxes of parts so no doubt I’m missing something of importance, but you get the general idea. My loss is your gain.
